Fire TV Stick 4K Disassembly
Introduction
This teardown is not a repair guide. To repair your Amazon Fire TV, use our service manual.Step 1: Remove the bottom cover
Use a plastic opening tool to pry the bottom cover off the Fire TV Stick 4K. The cover is held in place by a few plastic clips. Be careful not to damage the clips.
Step 2: Remove the battery
The battery is located in the bottom of the Fire TV Stick 4K. Use a spudger to pry the battery out of its housing. Be careful not to damage the battery.
Step 3: Remove the circuit board
The circuit board is located in the top of the Fire TV Stick 4K. Use a spudger to pry the circuit board out of its housing. Be careful not to damage the circuit board.
